If we receive your order before 9 am Monday - Friday your sign will be installed, removed or repaired in the same day. In most cases, all aforementioned can be done in the same day after 9 am, but we can't guarantee. We will be happy to do "RUSH" jobs or work after hours. The charge will be double the price of the job normally commissioned. All of this is weather permitting. Las Vegas heavy rain and excessive winds can be dangerous and counter productive and we reserve the right to delay any job accordingly.
An extra trip charge of $25.00 will be charged for returning to any job for repair, adding riders(s) or info box after initial install. Unless "pilot error".
Realtors are responsible for knowledge and informing us of any and all HOA rules and regulations if necessary. At any time our service is terminated by you or us, we may retrieve any and all of our property for our protection.
We will send you an email confirmation and photo from your property when the job has been completed. (online orders only) ALL POSTS, RIDERS AND INFO BOXES ARE PROPERTY OF ACE SIGN INSTALLATIONS (EXCEPT WHERE CUSTOMER SUPPLIES THIER OWN) AND MAY NOT BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON FROM WHERE THEY WERE INSTALLED WITHOUT PERMISSION.
POST REPLACEMENT FEE IS $65.00 IF WE DO NOT GET IT BACK. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE RIDERS AND INFO BOX REPLACEMENT IF APPLICABLEI. PLEASE CALL DOWN OUR POST AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID UNATHURIZED REMOVAL, DISPOSAL OR THEFT.
THERE IS NO CHARGE TO REMOVE OUR POST FROM WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED
